Cleanout service may be needed for a number of reasons:
Integrity Estate Services is owned by the father-son partnership of William and David Brooks. William and/or David attend and closely supervise each cleanout to ensure our clients receive exceptional and hands-on service. We are courteous and respectful in the removal of personal property.
We specialize in providing considerate service where personal property must be removed from a location due to delicate situations such as the passing of loved ones, relocation to assisted care facilities, and/or general estate maintenance.
Integrity Estate Services also offers personal property appraisal, charitable donation, tag sale administration, and Oriental rug appraisal, repair and cleaning services.
Removed items are donated to charitable organizations or recycled if applicable.
We also purchase antiques, furniture, and/or collectibles. We regularly buy fine rugs, paintings, vintage furniture, and other types of antiques. If you are unsure of what you have or would like to inquire about our interest in a specific item, please call us at 484-832-1666.
Estate Cleanout
Integrity Estate Services “clean-out” service has proven to be an invaluable tool for many estate attorneys, estate executors, real estate agents, and private individuals. Once the valuables have been removed for sale and/or safekeeping, our team of professionals will clear out the residence of all modestly valued items, non-saleable objects, and household debris, leaving the premises “broom clean” in preparation for final inspection and real estate closing.
Personal Property Appraisal
Our appraisal process includes the examination, inventory, photography, applicable market research, and valuation of personal property. Each item will have a description, age, condition, and opinion of value. Appraisals are compliant with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice(USPAP), and are available by printed copy or electronic transmission. Appraisals are a useful tool for insurance purposes, estate planning, charitable donations, and equitable distribution of property among family members.
Charitable Donation
Non-saleable objects are donated to benefit charitable organizations whenever possible. Written documentation from the charity indicating the value of the donation will be provided for tax deduction purposes. Objects that are not viable for charitable donation will be recycled if applicable.
Tag Sale Administration
At the request of the client we can conduct a tag sale of personal property that has been left behind. Sales of property can be conducted in a number of ways including neighborhood tag sales, auction sales, and through internet sites such as Ebay or Craigslist.
Sale of Real Estate
Integrity Estate Services has two licensed real estate agents on retainer to aid our clients in the marketing and sale of any inherited real estate. Our real estate agents can offer specialized knowledge in market research, marketing and negotiations to help you meet your sales objectives.
