Mr. Brooks provides overall direction for the company strategy, growth and service management. Mr. Brooks has over 33 years of experience in the retail sales and service industry. Prior to founding Integrity Estate Services, he was the owner of Paulson & Company, Inc., one of the oldest rug specialty retailers in the Delaware Valley, located in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania. 

Paulson & Company specializes in Oriental rugs, area rugs, rug restoration and cleaning, window treatments, and carpeting.  Under the direction of Mr. Brooks, Paulson & Company was recognized by Philadelphia Magazine as "Best of Philly." Mr. Brooks graduated from Washington & Lee University in 1974 with a B.A. in Sociology.  He is also a licensed Oriental rug appraiser.

Susan K. Brooks

Susan Brooks holds a B.A. in psychology from Mary Baldwin College in Staunton, Virginia.  She is a lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area, and a graduate of Germantown Academy.  Susan is a licensed real estate sales agent with Quinn & Wilson Realtors based in Abington, PA.  Prior to joining Quinn & Wilson, Susan and her husband, Bill, owned a family retail business specializing in Oriental rug sales and restorations.  Susan enjoys using her keen eye for design and staging to maximize the value of each home listed for sale, and assist buyers in realizing the potential value of each home they visit.  Susan gives prompt, diligent, and professional service and works to ensure the best representation for her clients.  She takes care of the small details involved with buying or selling a home, allowing her clients to focus on their families, careers, and plans for relocation.

David J. Brooks

Mr. Brooks spearheads the marketing and customer service facets of Integrity Estate Services. Mr. Brooks has over 8 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Integrity Estate Services, he was a senior consultant at Clarion/Samuels Associates, a national land-use and real estate consulting firm, providing clients with a powerful team of professionals whose experience ranges from landscape architecture to law, from real estate appraisal to urban design, from environmental assessment to community planning.  Mr. Brooks is also a licensed Pennsylvania real estate salesperson. 

Mr. Brooks graduated from Gettysburg College in 2000 with a B.A. in Business Management.
